Twin Variable Speed Booster Set, 100l/min @ 5.25 Bar

The Tanks Direct twin pump constant pressure cold water booster set, is designed to increase the pressure of water services within a building where the existing incoming main is not sufficient. If the supply of water fails during operation, the pumps automatically shuts down to prevent damage and re-starts again once water is restored. The pressure boosters are suitable for private water supply applications, particularly where constant pressure is required or where there are large fluctuations in demand.

 

Tanks Direct FlyVar SE Twin Pump Set

Designed to suit domestic and light commercial systems with hot and cold supply pipes. Ideally suited for systems with unvented cylinders and high resistance and flow bathroom fittings.

Pre-fitted pressure vessel ensures smooth running and reduces the run time of the pump for longer lifespan. Can be used for potable water applications, as WRAS approved pump and high-quality fittings.

Each pump operates within a 60-65dB noise rating at max speed, data recorded from 1 m distance to a ± 2.5dB.

The ARC Panel Booster Set includes advanced features normally found on larger booster systems, including fault signals and error code display as standard. 

The ARC Panel Booster Set uses the ARC variable speed inverter(s) which are installed within the control panel of the booster set. The inverter(s) regulate the rotational speed of the pumps using the electrical frequency. The inverter operates at a minimal value that meets the user’s specific demand. In simple terms, once the pressure drops, the inverter recognises the drop in pressure and instructs the pumps to increase speed in order to meet the proportional demand. The ARC Panel Booster Set works in a “master/slave” arrangement and shares operational duty in 60-minute cycles, this ensures joint usage across the system.

 

Delivery

All our Booster pumps are for delivery by customer offload. This entails the customer to acquire the right manpower and/or machinery to help unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.

Option: Stainless-steel inlet & outlet flexible connector, (recommended over rigid pipe when installing tank away from booster set)

Please note that the 100 l/min @ 5.25 Bar is when both pumps are working together. Pumps come as Duty Assist as standard, so the mid-curve for each pump would be 50 l/min @ 5.25 Bar.
