IBC – Tote Tank Insulated Jacket – 1000 Litre

Outer Surfaces:

C-L Polyethylene a rugged cross laminated sheet, light in weight tear and fire-resistant, anti-toxic, impervious to bacteria and will withstand -35º to +75ºC

Inner Thermal Wadding:

Ref: No. BTB280. This has a CLO (warmth) factor equal to 2.00 or the same as the standard BSI 0.407m2.K/W. (9.5TOG)
(BTB280 = heat loss approx ¼ °C per hour if filled at ambient, after 12 hours increases to ½ °C per hour)

 

Bound Edges 

What is a bound edge?

A bound edge seam is initially created in the same way as the cut edge seam but after the two pieces have been glued together, 

Standard Fittings:

Two flaps fitted with Velcro to close the inlet and outlet: one centred in the top and one in the centre of the bottom on the narrowest side.
