The Tanks Direct twin pump constant pressure cold water booster set, is designed to increase the pressure of water services within a building where the existing incoming main is not sufficient. If the supply of water fails during operation the pumps automatically shuts down to prevent damage and re-starts again once water is restored. The pressure boosters are suitable for private water supply applications, particularly where constant pressure is required or where there are large fluctuations in demand.

 Vertical multistage pumps are used during instances where you need large flows and pressures generating and the saving space with the design of a vertical mounted motor. Additionally, the motor is easier to access and allows for efficient, routine maintenance as with horizontal multistage systems everything is on floor level and would need rotating to change any mechanical seals throughout its lifetime, this will be more labour intensive and in applications where routine servicing is required due to the heavy demand of the application where potentially, 100’s of people rely on the supply of water and cannot afford unexcepted downtime vertically mounted motors are the preferred choice for engineers and consultants alike.

Pre-fitted pressure vessel ensures smooth running and reduces the run time of the pump for longer lifespan. Can be used for potable water applications, as WRAS approved pump and high-quality fittings.

Each pump operates within a 60-65dB noise rating at max speed, data recorded from 1 m distance to a ± 2.5dB.

Delivery

All our Booster pumps are for delivery by customer offload. This entails the customer to acquire the right manpower and/or machinery to help unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.

Option: Stainless-steel inlet & outlet flexible connector, (recommended over rigid pipe when installing tank away from booster set)

Please note that the 480l/min @ 6.5bar is when both pumps are working together. Pumps come as Duty Assist as standard, so the mid-curve for each pump would be 160l/min @ 6.5bar
